PV Boys Summer Basketball
The PV basketball coaches will hold summer basketball clinics the following dates for PV students going into grades 5th-12th grade. All clinics are free to PV students.
Sunday June 10th 5:00-6:30 PM for 5th-7th graders
6:30-8:30 PM for 8th-12th graders
Sunday July 8th 5:00-6:30 PM for 5th-7th graders
6:30-8:30 PM for 8th-12th graders
Sunday July 15th - We might do something here, will let boys know on the 8th.
Basetball coaches are encouraging all 7th-12th graders to attend wieght lifting and sprint training this summer led by Coach Swieter. We will lift then play basketball after weights. Contact Coach Johnson with any questions at 515-408-5335.

Prairie Valley is conducting several surveys for the end of the school year. We need you to fill out the survey that is for you.
Parent Perception Survey This is for parents with students in TK to 11 grade. Ends May 31st @ 9:00 PM
Senior Parent Survey This is only for parents with a senior this year. Ends May 31st @ 9:00 PM
Faculty Perception Survey This is for all teachers.
Support Staff Perception Survey This is for all associates, secretaries, cooks, and custodians.
7-11 Student Perception Survey This is for students in grades 7-11.
8th Grde Technology Survey This is for 8th graders only.

Physicals - Gowrie Family Chirprotic Clinic
All students entering grade 7-12 for the 2012-2013 school year (currently grade 6-11),
planning on participating in any sports, including cheerleading, dance team, swimming
and soccer, must have a current athletic physical on file with the school nurses.
Gowrie Family Chiropractic Clinic will perform these physicals for a reduced rate of
$15.00 On May 12th, May 23rd and June 6th. All other appointments from May 6th to
August 31st will be $20. Student athletes must get a physical form from the school and
take this form with them to their scheduled appointment. Please have students wear
shorts and T-shirts to the appointments.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
PHYSICALS - McCrary-Rost Clinic
All students entering grade 7-12 for the 2012-2013 school year (currently grade 6-11), planning on participating in any sports, including cheerleading, dance team, swimming and soccer, must have a current athletic physical on file with the school nurses.
The McCrary-Rost Clinic Medical Staff will perform these physicals for a reduced rate of $20.00 between the dates of May 14, 2012 through August 17, 2012. Any athletic physical scheduled before or after these dates will have a $35.00 charge. Student athletes must get a physical form from the school and take this form with them to their scheduled appointment.
